SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) for orders to be processed before they are shipped.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO COVID-19 CARRIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS. SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN LISTED BELOW AND IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.
Standard domestic delivery: 2-4 business days via USPS once processed.
Standard international delivery: 8-15 business days via USPS once processed.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you have an order that is need of rush delivery please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and “RUSH” in the subject line. We will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. Please note we cannot guarantee your order will be processed and shipped any faster than the above specified time frame.
Return & Exchange Policy
We know that sometimes things just don’t work out. For that reason, we offer a free 14-day return policy on all orders within the U.S. The products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached within 14 days from the date that you received your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns shipped after the 14-day period has expired. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Hang tags and hygiene stickers must be attached without ever being removed. When trying on the products, please be mindful of makeup, deodorant, and self-tanners. We are unable to accept returns of items that have any stains on them. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements. We suggest sending your order back to us with tracking information and insurance. We cannot issue a refund for packages that do not have proof of a return. Please allow up to 10 business days upon delivery for us to process a return for your order.
We offer a 14-day return policy on all international orders. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return an international order and customs charges that may arise after it enters the U.S. This includes any additional duties/taxes on the order.
No exchanges are offered at this time, but full refunds will be given.
We do not offer exchanges for items at this time. If you are between sizes, we suggest purchasing both to try on and returning the size that does not fit you. If you are in need of a different size, please send your order back and place a new order for your desired size.
All sale items are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges can be made for items purchased on sale or during a sales event.
If you would like to return an order, please fill out the return form below. Our customer service team will email you an RA number and a pre-paid return label. Please write the RA number on your packing slip that was sent in your order and include it in your return. Please do not attempt to send back any orders until you have received an RA number and return label from a member of our customer service team.
